EasyVista proves immediate success, winning major french accounts and IT outsourcers
Noisy-le-Grand, March 18th 2005 - The IT management specialist Staff&Line reports over 110 new customers at year-end
Six months after the launching of Staff&Line’s new EasyVista package, the French IT Management software developer (Asset and Service Management) receives positive feedback from the market in the form of prestigious customers.
Staff&Line announces that it has added 110 new customers to its portfolio in the last 12 months.
Boasting over 2,200 customers worldwide, Staff&Line continues to develop its customer base of corporate clients with large-scale IT management requirements and has consolidated its position across a wide range of sectors. Major firms have opted to deploy EasyVista, a unique solution for managing entire IT infrastructures.
« In the last twelve months, the market for IT management tools has remained very healthy. Companies are faced with a two-fold challenge: reducing IT costs while continually improving the quality of service for users, who are now viewed as customers. We provide assistance in pooling IT management processes. Once regarded as a local and tactical concern, IT management has since earned its status as a far-reaching strategic issue. This applies to public and private-sector organizations but also to IT outsourcers, who aim to industrialize the service and distinguish themselves from competitors through coherent production tools. From the outset, EasyVista was designed to respond to these new market requirements. Judging by the highly encouraging results achieved, we believe that our customers understand our approach, » explains Jamal Labed, Managing Director.
In an extremely competitive marketplace, several features of the EasyVista solution make it stand out from the crowd: it is the market’s first full-web solution, designed to be 100% compliant with ITIL principles, the interface and data are multi-firm and multilingual, it features time-zone management and can be reconfigured without writing code (interface, workflow and data model), it also includes an integrated graphic reporting function, etc.
In the last quarter of 2004, the following major accounts and outsourcers opted for EasyVista to solve their help desk, asset management and service catalogue requirements:
Snecma Moteurs chose EasyVista to manage its helpdesk, designed for 9,000 users in a multi-site, multi-firm environment;
French Infrastructure Ministry selected EasyVista for its asset management and inventory project;
Le Crédit Agricole SA is using EasyVista for its automatic inventory and to manage 3,000 PCs. EasyVista has provided Crédit Agricole SA with management and control indicators all in less than a month;
The European Council has opted for EasyVista for its IT service catalogue project and to manage its validation and provision processes for users.
L’Oréal: Having centralized IT purchasing, L’Oréal has chosen EasyVista to optimize purchase decision-making for the group’s 300 subsidiaries, i.e. 38,000 PCs. EasyVista gives the company a homogenous overview of the IT infrastructure, allowing it to share resources and harmonize processes.
Helpline (groupe Neurone), OSIATIS and IBM Global Service have adopted EasyVista for customer monitoring within the framework of outsourcing.
