EasyVista manages the scheduling and monitoring of budgets, orders and invoices.
- EasyVista Service Management incorporates budget preparation and monitoring functions.
- When an order is placed, the user can assign one budget line to the whole of his order, as well as to each line of his order.
- An order is created manually or in response to a validated request. Requests for a single supplier can be combined into one single order.
- Following an order, budgets are updated automatically.
- EasyVista Service Management can issue alerts for orders whose anticipated delivery date has been exceeded.
