Change Management: Advanced Automation and Integration with Logistics
EasyVista facilitates the implementation of change procedures and guarantees that they are followed thanks to:

EasyVista also incorporates logistical and financial aspects relating to changes by:
- Completely handling the procurement cycle: Stock (single or multi-site), orders, invoices, budgets, deliveries, installations.
- Managing financial information through easy to master wizards.
- Providing a real time budget view, to assist with decision making. Budgets will no longer be exceeded, invoices can be verified and errors are avoided.
Release Management
In EasyVista, once a change has been approved, it can generate a release process. Release Management facilitates the introduction of new versions of software and hardware into the information system. It can minimise interruption to business activities as changes are introduced. EasyVista Service Management manages the various phases of the release from modelling of the various stages, prevention of any delays and identification of impacts on the information system via the CMDB.

Financial management is integrated into the Change Management module.
